Returns and Refunds Policy

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for withdrawal from the Sales Agreement expires after 14 days from the date on which the Customer came into possession of the Goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer came into possession of the Goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send a statement of withdrawal from the contract to the Seller's correspondence address or e-mail address before the expiry of the 14-day period.

The Customer may use the following sample withdrawal form from the Sales Agreement, but this is not obligatory.

If the Customer uses the option to inform the Seller about the withdrawal from the Sales Agreement via e-mail or another form of electronic communication, the Seller will immediately send the Customer a confirmation of receipt of the information about the withdrawal from the Sales Agreement on a durable medium (e.g. via e-mail).

No later than within 14 days from the date of submission of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract or together with this declaration, the Buyer shall deliver or send the purchased goods to the Store's address in an unchanged state, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management.

The Consumer shall not incur any costs in connection with exercising his or her right to withdraw from the contract, apart from the direct costs of sending the goods back to the Store.

If the goods returned by the Buyer are incomplete or show traces of use that go beyond the ordinary management of the item, the Seller, when refunding the payment to the Buyer, reduces the amount refunded by the total amount of the reduction in the value of the goods or the costs of repairs incurred by the Buyer.

The e-Shop will refund the payment using the same payment methods that were used by the Customer in the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed to a different solution; in any case, the Customer will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.

Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Customer's statement by the Seller

of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller is obliged to return to the Customer all payments made by him, including the costs of delivering the goods. The above does not apply to the costs of sending the goods back to the Store.

If the Seller has not offered to collect the goods from the Customer himself, he may withhold the refund of payments received from the Customer until he receives the goods back or until the Customer provides proof of sending back the goods, depending on which event occurs first.

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the event of the Seller providing:

- non-prefabricated items manufactured according to the specifications provided by the consumer or intended to meet his individual needs;

- where the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package,

which cannot be returned after opening the packaging due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery,

- where the subject of the performance are things that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things.
